Precision Cutting

The journey begins with precision cutting ensuring that each piece of metal is cut to exact specifications, providing the foundation for our sleek and modern mailboxes.

Metal Bending

Next, we use a press brake to bend the metal into the desired shapes. Achieving precise angles and smooth curves that define the modern aesthetic of our products.

Welding & Assembly

Here the cut and bent pieces of metal are joined together. This meticulous process ensures strong, seamless joints that enhance both the durability and appearance of the mailboxes.

Powder Coating

Final step involves spraying a dry powder onto the metal, which is then cured under heat to form a tough, protective layer. The result is a durable, weather-resistant finish that not only safeguards but also adds a polished look.
